Who handles your information?

Information and purposes

The form collects your name, email, company if provided, preferred service and format, and your message. We use this information to consider your enquiry, respond and prepare a possible engagement. You are not added to a marketing list. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.

Processing a service enquiry is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Form security and abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Storage and retention

Briefs are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and accessed by WebAdsy through a protected inbox. Enquiries older than 12 months are no longer displayed and are deleted the next time the form or inbox is used. A temporary identifier derived from the IP address limits abusive submissions. Rate-limit records stop being used after 24 hours and are removed during the same cleanup operation. Hosting providers’ technical logs may follow their own retention schedules.

Recipients and international processing

Enquiries are intended for WebAdsy. Hosting and storage providers support the technical operation of the website. As WebAdsy is based in the United States, contacting WebAdsy involves international processing. We do not sell form data.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and exercise objection or portability rights where applicable. Use the contact form with “Personal data” in your message, or write to the postal address above. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
